Postage and packaging is included in the price of your purchase. Delivery is by tracked courier service and you will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed and dispatched for delivery.

All orders must be signed for at point of delivery. If your order is returned because no signature was obtained, you will be responsible for any return and re-delivery charges.

For standard bags (without personalisation) please allow 1-3 days for us to process and package your order. Please then allow 2-3 days for delivery by courier service to UK mainland addresses. Personalised bags will take longer to process and your expected dispatch and delivery times will be confirmed with you over email when completing your personalisation specifications.

Hussey & Freke cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur to our deliveries due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances out of our control.


If for any reason the product you have ordered does not meet your expectations then please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please send an email to alerting us of your return or exchange, and include your order date, order number, product name and reason for return in your email.

You (the customer) are responsible for covering the cost of return delivery for your item. Please ensure your item(s) is packaged securely (preferably in its original packaging) and will make it back to us within the 14 day return period.

Please make sure all tags are still attached and that your item(s) is unused.

When we have received your return, we will refund or exchange the item(s) as requested. This usually takes 3-5 business days.

Please note that personalized bags cannot be returned.
